Mr. Pease is a Real Estate Consultant specializing in the field of real estate development, property management, governmental permitting and municipal real estate regulation review. He has worked for thirty-one years in the real estate industry. Twenty-seven of those years were concentrated in the areas of development and governmental permitting of residential and commercial properties. During the period of 1983 to the present, he has been involved in the areas of governmental permitting, development, plan review, site selection and project feasibility. His expertise has taken him all over the country dealing with difficult zoning and construction issues in Arizona, California, Washington, Texas, Nevada, Maryland, New York, Massachusetts, Maine and New Hampshire.
Mr. Pease has worked with a number of New Hampshire and Massachusetts Law Firms in the Permitting and Development of Real Estate. He is considered an expert in the field of planning and zoning. Elmer has testified and assisted in Land Use Law cases in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts.

He has worked extensively with governmental agencies on the local, state and federal levels covering zoning ordinances, subdivision and site plan regulations, signage, wetland issues and elderly housing. He has developed residential single family subdivisions (both retirement and conventional), multi-family housing projects, as well as over 2,000,000 square feet of commercial, retail and industrial properties. The property management area includes multi-family housing, office, commercial/industrial buildings and retail.
Mr. Pease has a total of 31 years in the real estate asset and property management field. He acquired the Registered Apartment Manager (RAM) certification with the National Association of Home Builders, the Accredited Residential Management (ARM) and the Certified Property Manager's (CPM) designation with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). He became a Real Estate Broker in the State of New Hampshire as well as a Realtor with the National Association of Realtors. For a period of two years, Mr. Pease was a Director of the Northern New England Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management. |
